1. Booking & Payment

  • Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Without advance, slots will not be reserved.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid before the start of the session on the day of your booking.

  • Accepted Payment Modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash (GST applicable if invoiced).


2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund of the advance.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking will result in forfeiture of the advance.

  • Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled once, with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.


3. Overtime Charges

  • Studio usage beyond the booked time will be charged at ₹___ per additional hour (depending on studio type).

  • Overtime is subject to availability and must be paid immediately.


4. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be collected for equipment usage or extended sessions.

  • The deposit will be returned after inspection of the space and equipment for any damages or misuse.


5. Damages & Liabilities

  • Clients are fully responsible for any damage to studio property or equipment during their session.

  • Charges for repair or replacement must be settled within 3 working days.


6. No-Show Policy

  • If the client fails to show up for the booking without prior notice, the session is marked as cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.


7. Taxes & Invoicing

  • All payments are subject to applicable taxes (GST 18%) where required.

  • Tax invoices will be provided upon request.


8. Studio Rights

  • Vaiva Studios reserves the right to deny or cancel any booking in cases of misuse, inappropriate conduct, or violation of policies.

  • In such cases, payments may not be refunded.
